Ethel M. Chocolate Factory & Botanical Cactus Garden is located at 2 Cactus Garden Drive, Henderson, NV 89015.

Henderson is a suburb of the City of Las Vegas.

It is about 7 to 10 miles, or about 15 minutes from gambling on the Las Vegas Strip.

You take your own free, self guided tour to see how chocolate is manufactured daily. About 700,000 plus guests visit this factory every year.

You can sample free chocolate, plus buy chocolate for family members, relatives or friends. You can even mail it directly from the factory. Sometimes they have big sales in the parking lot. You can do some of your shopping in Las Vegas there.

Afterwards, you can walk the Botanical Cactus Garden. There are 300 plus different kinds of cacti in the garden. This is a convenient stop on your way to or from your trip to Hoover Dam.

Directions

From the Las Vegas Strip, take East Tropicana Avenue to Mountain Vista Avenue. Turn right, southbound on Mountain Vista Avenue. At the intersection with Sunset Road, go east, left turn, that's Sunset Way. Follow the signs.

Or another way is:

From the Las Vegas Strip, take East Sunset Road all the way to the intersection with Mountain Vista Avenue. Keep going straight through the traffic lights. Sunset Road turns into Sunset Way. You will see the signs.
