This light and sound show, displayed under a canopy, is made of 2 million lights and 540,000 watts. It is 90 feet high.

Shows are daily and begin at 6 p.m. (summer 8 p.m.) until midnight. Shows are on the hour.

There are also food and shopping booths and other entertainments for you. You are able to do some of your shopping in Las Vegas here.

Downtown the Las Vegas restaurants are pretty good and decently priced, too.

About 17 million tourists visit this street each year.

On weekends and holidays, enjoy free special concerts from famous bands.

New Year’s Eve on Fremont Street is packed with people. On that night, you must be 18 and over, and revelers pay a fee to be on Fremont Street for New Year’s Eve. The amount of the fee may be dependent on the entertainment.
