You find these Bets in the fancy French roulette game.
In a French Roulette game, it is very hard to distinguish players' bets, because everybody is using the same kind of checks. It is very hard to bet on many numbers this way.
So, they have these bets to cover many numbers. They also cover certain sections of the French (European) Roulette wheel. These bets are called French Bets and Call Bets.
Call Bets are announced (French) Bets. They are literally called out to the croupier.
Here are tips for roulette on French Bets and Call Bets:

Les voisins | French Wheel |
"Les voisins" or "The neighbors' Bet" is bet on a certain number on the French Roulette Wheel, which covers that number and two numbers on either side of it (left and right).
This is a 5 piece check wager. It can be any number you choose. Also called "Voisin du Nombre." Often this wager is bet on the winning number of the last spin.
A common one is the "Eight Neighbor's Bet." You are betting one check on each of these five numbers, 11 - 30 - 8 - 23 - 10.
Note:
You might also consider 3 numbers on either side, left and right. It is still a "Neighbor's Bet." Now you land up with a 7 piece check bet. You are betting on these seven numbers, 36 - 11 - 30 - 8 - 23 - 10 - 5.

Les voisins du Zéro | French Wheel |
"Les voisins du Zéro" bet covers all the numbers from 22 to 25 on the wheel, seven numbers on the right of the zero and 9 numbers on its left. These numbers are also neighbors on the layout. This is a section of the wheel.
This a 9 checks bet, which covers the 0, 2, 3, a three number bet (Transversale) with two checks, split bets (à cheval) on 4/7 - 12/15 - 18/21 - 19/22 - 32/35 with one split check on each of them and a corner bet (Carré) on 25-26-28-29 with 2 checks.

Jeu Zéro | French Wheel |
"Jeu Zéro" (Game Zero): This is a part of the "Voisins du Zéro" bet. It is a 4 piece check wager.
You are betting one split bet check (à cheval) on the numbers, 0/3 - 12/15 - 32/35 and one check straight on 26.

Tiers | French Wheel |
"Le tiers du Cylindre" or "Tiers" or "The Third of the Wheel": This bet covers the numbers from 27 to 33. This is also a section of the wheel. These numbers are neighbors, in pairs, on the layout.
This is a six checks bet. It covers split bets (à cheval) on 5/8 - 10/11 - 13/16 - 23/24 - 27/30 - 33/36 with one split check on each of them.

"Les orphelins" bet covers the numbers 1, 20, 14, 31 and 9. It is a section of the wheel.
The numbers are neighbors on the wheel, but they are away from each other on the table layout.
This is one check straight up (En Plein) on each number. This is a 5 piece check bet.

"Orphans" bet covers the numbers 17, 34 and 6. It is also a section of the wheel.
These numbers are neighbors on the wheel, but not on the layout table. They are far away from each other.
This is also one check straight up (En Plein) on each number. This is a 3 checks bet.

"Orphelins En Plein" means betting all the orphan bets straight up. This is an 8 checks bet.
It covers the numbers 1 - 6 - 9 - 14 - 17 - 20 - 31 - 34, straight up (En Plein) with one check on each.

Orphelins à Cheval | French Wheel |
"Orphelins à Cheval" is a 5 checks bet. It covers split bets (À Cheval) on the numbers 6/9 - 14/17 - 17/20 - 31/34 with one split check on each of them and one check straight up (En Plein) on the number 1.
Here are tips for roulette on more French Bets and Call Bets:
"Finales en plein" (Finals) means you are betting on numbers ending with the same digit, straight up. Here are the Finales:
- Finale 0 en plein: 0 - 10 - 20 - 30.
- Finale 1 en plein: 1 - 11 - 21 - 31.
- Finale 2 en plein: 2 - 12 - 22 - 32.
- Finale 3 en plein: 3 - 13 - 23 - 33.
- Finale 4 en plein: 4 - 14 - 24 - 34.
- Finale 5 en plein: 5 - 15 - 25 - 35.
- Finale 6 en plein: 6 - 16 - 26 - 36.
It takes 4 checks to bet any of these finales.
Example:
Finale Six: This bet covers the numbers 6 - 16 - 26 - 36 or all the numbers ending with a six.
- Finale 7: 7 - 17 - 27.
- Finale 8: 8 - 18 - 28.
- Finale 9: 9 - 19 - 29.
It takes 3 checks to bet any of these finales.
Example:
Finale Eight: This bet covers the numbers 8 - 18 - 28.
A common bet in this group of French Bets and Call Bets is Finale 7 - 8 - 9 and 22. This is a 10 checks bet.
It covers the numbers 7 - 17 - 27, 8 - 18 - 28, 9 - 19 - 29 and the number 22, one check straight up (En Plein) on all of them.
"Finales à Cheval" means you are betting on all the numbers ending with the same digit by exercising as many split bets (à Cheval) as feasible.
Example:
"Finale 4/5 à Cheval" means you are betting one split bet check (à Cheval) on each of these numbers, 4/5 - 14/15 - 34/35 and one check straight up (en plein) on 24 and 25. This a 5 piece check bet.
